Our goal at America’s Test Kitchen is to make recipes that are fail-proof, so that you can go into your kitchen and make something without worrying about how it will turn out. That’s why we call it a Test Kitchen! But, what does that actually mean? We know the level of detail that goes into making every one of our recipes, because we work here and get to see (and taste) it.
